Principal Toxicologist Neepa Choksi, PhD accepted the Taylor & Francis 2021 Ocular Toxicology Specialty Section Paper of the Year Award for the manuscript “Validation of the OptiSafe eye irritation test.” Dr. Choksi served as lead author on the paper and highlights work coordinated by her in supporting the NTP Interagency Center for the Evaluation of Alternative Toxicological Methods (NICEATM). Co-authors of this work also included ILS colleagues supporting NICEATM, Principal Data Manager Amber Daniel, MTox and ILS President, Dave Allen, PhD.
